When Experience Matters: Our Trusted Workers’ Compensation Attorneys Weigh In

At Snow, Carpio & Weekley, PLC, we’ve dedicated our practice exclusively to representing injured workers throughout Arizona, with over 100 years of combined experience in workers’ compensation law.

A Personal Approach to Workers’ Compensation

Deep Arizona Roots

Our connection to Arizona runs deep. With offices strategically located in Phoenix, Tucson, Lake Havasu, Flagstaff, and Yuma, we serve injured workers in every corner of the state. Partner Nick Wearne’s family history is intertwined with Arizona’s mining industry—he grew up in mining communities like Morenci, Safford, and Tucson, and understands firsthand the dangers workers face. This personal connection to Arizona’s workforce isn’t just part of our history; it’s the foundation of our commitment to fighting for workers’ rights.

Partner Nick Wearne

Nick Wearne and his family are from small town Arizona, with generations of family members working in the mining industry.  This photo is Nick’s extended family in front of the Morenci mine.  The tire is from one of the mine’s dump trucks which many of Nick’s family members drive.  Morenci and the surrounding areas are known for hard work and dedication by those who keep both the mines and communities running.  While much of Arizona’s population is centered in Phoenix and Tucson, it is the mines and other demanding industrials in rural Arizona that form the backbone of the state.  Nick services the Safford, Morenci and surrounding areas, continuing the legacy of commitment to these hard working communities.

Partner Brian Weekly

Our Partner Brian Weekley spent much of his career living on the opposite end of the state in Bullhead City, Arizona.  Living here he developed a love of both this area and its people.  Even though he has not lived there for many years he continues to visit this area on a monthly basis.  Brian has often said some of the hardest working hail from these areas.  He feels a deep sense of loyalty to Havasu, Bullhead, Kingman, and their residents.  While most of Arizona’s population is centered in Phoenix Arizona, many of our states dangerous jobs are in these outlying areas.  Brian also manages Flagstaff, Prescott, Lake Havasu City, and other cities in this portion of the state.

Partner Alex Carpio

Alex Carpio is also a native to Arizona.  He grew up in Tucson, attended the University of Arizona and continues to visit Tucson to this day.  His father was a roofer and he was able to see first hand the demands that that this physical jobs have on a persons body.  Alex also heads up and regularly visits our Yuma office.  He will often tell us about the humility and optimism of farm and migrant workers injured in an effort to supply the southwest with food.

Arizona Workers Compensation Results

“I was injured on 10-1-2010. During that time I was in so much pain. I was really happy that I was able to find Snow, Carpio & Weekely. If you look at my file I’ve over 3.5 years of paperwork. There’s no way that I would have been able to handle it on my own. They reminded me when I was supposed to go to court and took care of all the legal proceedings.”
