April Snow

April was originally from California but has called Arizona home for more than 35 years now.  April has a vast array of business experience including in the medical field where she was an Accounts Receivable Manger and taught specialized procedural coding, and she was also the owner of a concrete roof tile manufacturing plant that helped design the roofs of thousands of high-end custom homes around Arizona, Nevada and California, and also large commercial projects in the Phoenix area, including the Omni Montelucia Resort. During her time as Owner of Staco Architectural Roof Tile, she also served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Roofing Contractor’s Association and Rebuilding Together Valley of the Sun.

April joined our firm 16 years ago when firm Partners Chad Snow (her brother in-law) and Alex Carpio wanted to grow the firm. They had a vision of spreading out across the state to help as many injured workers as possible. The especially saw a need within the migrant communities and wanted to be able to one day expand to additional offices. When she joined the firm, there were only the two Partners of the firm and one office. All these years later, she has assisted the Partners in growing the firm to 5 Partners, multiple associate attorneys and 5 offices around the State of Arizona. She has helped the firm purchase property to plant roots in Tucson and Yuma and continues to look ahead to how she can continue to be a part of the firm’s growth over the coming years before she one day retires!

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with her husband, blended family of 6 kids and 11 grandkids (with more to come!). She also enjoys cooking and hosting special events with her family and friends. She continues to also serve on local boards to bring her knowledge, experience, and dedication to those in need. She says she tries to live by the quote of Winston Churchill “You make a living by what you get; You make a life by what you give.
